Drain the carburetor - Sometimes the mower won’t start because there is bad fuel inside the carburetor fuel bowl even though you put fresh gas in the gas tank. Try to loosen the fuel bowl bolt just enough to let the bad fuel drain out and the good fuel into it. Then, re-tighten the bolt. You would be surprised how well this might work for you.
